The conference venue has been arranged in a horseshoe shape to ensure convenience and a professional approach to all presentations that are undertaken. The venue also has separate toilet facilities and air-conditioning. With a view to making use of Jeannelies' picture-perfect garden, the conference venue has large sliding doors that allow it to act as an open-plan venue. Catering can be provided with prior arrangements.
